So sometime last year I decided my next anime wall (were I ever to make one) was going to be stylized after Mark Weaver's Make Something Cool Everyday project. Then Flyin' made that project thing.
But mostly:
It was Boogybro's birthday. And I love that man like a brother. Or something. You know. And really, that's all that matters concerning this wall.
Inspiration ?'s + Simple-ism || Dual Screen Res will be up on Inky Monday someday.
PS! Thank you for your comments! I suck at returning the favour, mostly because I hate just saying "GEE THANKS DURRR" but can never think of anything interesting to say. So just know I appreciate it. :D

dude what!
i love everything about it, you really used the white space well and the typography is fantastic as usual. I like the textured feel but i think the CO is a bit over textured / the texture is too big. she's also almost lighter than the background which is off-putting. Maybe the outer ring could be a bit bigger too (?).
nevertheless great job, the almost CD feel to it is fantastic. -

Love the colors and style. :D I also like how that tiny pattern resembles a scan's ink/print halftone dots, like this was printed on old newspaper or something. X3

Wah, this is what I call a super awesome wallpaper! The texture and faded colours bring a lovely retro feeling to it and I ? it! And I very much like the character in it too since I appreciate Houden Eizo very much. But maybe she could be a little darker so that she would be more separate from the background. I also like how you have organized the different elements and put them in the center. And the simpleness is simply great : D . Very good work and thank you for sharing this, it's a definite +fav !
