I really like the light colors in this wallpaper! It's also a nice scene. But I do think there's a big clash of styles in the method of coloring. The ocean has many strokes while the sky and the coloring of the girl is very smooth and gradient-ish. This makes the water look very little like water. And the hill/mountain on the right appears to be transparent.

The background is done nicely enough, but the render is rather jagged in most areas.
Maybe a shadow of some sort underneath Takasugi to make it seem like he isn't just floating around would've been good, too. Nice feel overall though. Thoughts in mind indeed. Good job.

As i said, I did it a year ago and so did not ha any idea on how to do the shadows perfectly, And i dont have the PSD either. Well thanks (:
