Featuring Yukine from the series Spiral Alive. Vectored her from a scan and painted the rest of the background. The sea looks weird, I know =.=" I'm still learning how to paint oceans, lakes...water in general.
'Warmness of the Soul' - if you've read the manga, you would know that Yukine is a scary, secretive girl with a lot of hidden intentions. Still, most of her actions were just repercussions from other people's evil deeds. Since she's just a teenager like you and I, she should deserve a day off once in a while, ne?
P.S: The original scan had balloons and trees in it, but since I've already made something like that with a paper aeroplane in 'Let My Wishes Reach You' (another Spiral wallpaper), I thought I would try something else ^^
Any faves will be appreciated, so will be critiques and advice.

I really like the light colors in this wallpaper! It's also a nice scene. But I do think there's a big clash of styles in the method of coloring. The ocean has many strokes while the sky and the coloring of the girl is very smooth and gradient-ish. This makes the water look very little like water. And the hill/mountain on the right appears to be transparent.

I'm just going to start off by saying that this wallpaper is really quite nice. I like how the back round looks like a watercolor painting compared to Yukine who stands out in the foreground. What I really like about the wallpaper is how when it is brought to full screen it doesn't become distorted. Keep on making your ffabulous wall paper and I'll continue to come by to see what else you've done!
