Another great work comin' from ya! And I do agree her head is too big( I think it's more appropriate to say it's her head rather than hair) but as for the face, it's very beautiful! One thing though, is it just me, or her neck is big too? But don't worry, you can change these and yer gonna be even more better in the future! Keep it up!
