This is the direct sequel to Deep Blue Wind, hence the name. :P
Under the same conditions as the original (only better), this image came out of my Photoshop canvas in 6 hours time - two hours less than the original - and in only two seatings (before and after dinner!) While I wasn't particularly pitching for speed on this one, I did achieve three things. The first is that I used only handpicked colors, instead of a palette created from blending options. :P The second is that there's an appearance of atmosphere and depth! The third is that the ship is the best I've ever done! :D Beyond that, there's still a looot of things I want to do with every new technique I pick up/assimilate from someone.
