This is my first time submitting to minitokyo, and I still somewhat lost @-@
I've got several WIPs rotting away stashed somewhere, but I spotted the scan a few days ago and had to wall it (my
WIPs should be developing abandonment issues about now...).
He's so pretty. Isn't he pretty? I think he's pretty. <3
At first I wanted to create a watercolor sort of wall (this is
kind of what I had in mind), but then I added a bunch of textures and it ended up completely different -- sort of
grungy... >->;; I really rely too much on textures.
The birds were from an old vector I did, and the typography is just the series' name.

Awesome grungy wall! This kind of grungy wall reminds me the grungy
generation in the past years, well of course at my time which i'm very very
old member here in MT grunge wallies are on the trend! And the wall you made
is one of them! XD The textures used are cool and the colors are nice as well.
Love the simple background + the simple vector fits the whole grungy concept!
This one goes to my fav! ^^, great job! -

Hmm, not much to say for a nice minimalist wall. Nice colour choices.
My one thing of note is the lineart; your texture makes the lineart rather pixely. I think it's generally caused by, uhm, I believe they're Layer Modes. Oh. Wait. Blending modes! It tends to happen a lot with blending modes, so just something to keep in mind for next time.
