It's nice, and the effects are great, it just looks like you've over-done it slightly around his hand where it's glowing, it's either the work you've done behind the hand or the glow is WAY to big and bright. It is a very nice wallpaper though, I do like the blue glowy lines in the background.

Again, great wallpaper of FMA, but the glow for the transmution circle on his hand is a tad bit over done, otherwise you have a 1337 wallpaper :D
