Today marked the maiden flight of Tu2 Corporation's AH-1RU Little Duck close ground support gunship aircraft. The large armored vessel's prolific penché passerelle ballerina design made it popular prior to its public showcasing earlier today in Prince Siegfried Airfield and has been met with wide applause in its public performance.
Boasting a full 4-inches of F4-K.I.R. Lightweight Defense Alloy on its exoskeletal exterior, the Little Duck houses twin 14-inch "Heartshatter" anti-armor cannons capable of ripping a number of ground vehicles to shreds and decimating infantry cover as well as a rotating four-barrel "Pas Deux" autogun turret for multi-directional fire suppression in its lower aft. The rear topside armor is a host to a configurable missile bay that comes with "Ravencrow" multi-target missiles on default and sports two "L1lie/P1ke" rotating vector engines along with a "Femios" parallel shield modulator.
The Little Duck utilizes Tu2 Corporation's new "Harm Shards" power system that uses a clean low-maintenance energy source in the form of a crystal core. The crystal core's energy is renewable but usually tainted when power draws are expedited. These, however, can be easily cleaned by service stations during ground maintenance even during R.U.E. (Repair Under Emergencies).
CEO of Tu2, design thinktank, and novelist Mr. Drosselmeyer said in the press release today "This new creation of mine shall be a spinner of stories - it shall bring tragedy and disaster to its opponents!"
The short bulky man in the colorful feather hat continued "This time, no hands shall be cut, no stories will end, and I will have more clients!"
Mr. Cats, unmarried technology specialist and supervisor from Tu2, states "This new design will surely have the grace and power our company principles have always promised. If not I shall ma~" prior to being taken away by field security from a group of frightened girls.
The company is still unsure of the aircraft's future as rival Bookmen House Inc. was soon to unveil its new gunship design as well. This is Golden Crown News, live on Prince Siegfried Airfield.
