This wallpaper is severely overcompressed. There are compression artifacts on all of the sharp edges. This is not due to the original vector as it looks clean. If you fixed that it would be a nice wall.

Overcompressed? Really? Oh, maybe that becoz I add Gaussian blur on it? (I use the real scan size, btw. I downloaded it). I added gaussian blur to make her looks fuse with the brushes I use. Bcoz I think those feathers n bubbles r look too realistic for anime picture. So ...
But, hey. Thanks for ur opinion n suggestion, Maniac. ^_^
(Sssh, sorry for my bad english. English isnt my daily language, anyway. hehehh ...)
