I got inspired by Selty's head (DuRaRaRa!) and added my own style into it :D
Made so many examples and in the end everything went well.
How i made it:
Smudge.
Smooke brush.
Cutting and whatnot.
Pixel filter.
Tech brush.
Cutout filter!
Color matching.
Deleting edges.
Blednding layer after layer.
Hours: Don't know since i had other things to do too.

I like the idea behind this and think that you pulled it off well. My only concern is the color RED, had you made it orange, I would've know right off bat that this is in fact Ichigo. I thought it was Renji until I read the title. The style is flawless and your idea is very unique. Thanks for making and sharing this awesome wallpaper.
