she looks so happy XD I like the flower. but I think you forgot her eyebrows, and her head looks a bit squished >__< (the top of the head should be rounder)

You've used dark colours for most of your outlines except for her yellow shirt which is a bit weird. Besides that, everything looks great ^^ -
