    Is that a good scan. Yes (Cute and good colour depth. It pays to use levels I assume)
    Is that a good BG. Yes (Very good infact, must have taken a while)
    Does the character fit the BG. No
    Do I really care if the character fits the BG. No (Why should I? You've done some blending properties to combat the problem as far as I can see, and it does a good job.)

    Conclusion, great job Susan-chan! Keep them comming!

    wow..... the effect :O great work on it... it looks really cool but yeah as other people said... the effects look like so busy and I think the char also doesn't really fit with it... but overall it's all great XD great work on it ^^
