The idea is really good and I absolutely love the contrast between them and the bg. The text is awesomely placed and the
textures almost create magic.
However, you stumbled across the basics, first would be extraction. I can see some white parts at the hair. Second is
blending.
They leave no shadow on the floor which is a bit awkward.
There are also some weird red spots above Sebastian's upper bangs.
Overall, I truly love your idea and the way you designed this <3

Yay, my new wallpaper! \o\ This time is of Kuroshitsuji.
It was not so easy to do, because I spent so much time in the ilumination and working in the scan (it was easy to cut,
but I have trouble with the scan in a little details DX). The scan:
(I don't found the scan here, but I saw that it was here too, so it's the same thing :D)
I used some patterns in the background, and brushes, too. I can't remember the exact number of layers, but I think it's around 30 or 40 (it has so much layers of photo filter D:). I used a gradient too, for help the ilumination. Then, I spent a little time cutting the scan (yeah, this part was easy, because the background of the scan is very white and clean, but I think that I'm not so good cutting scans with brushes lol). As I said, I have a little trouble with the scan colors, because it was so blue, and I was wanting more yellow and sepia. So, I used a lot of layers with Photo Filter, patterns, Color Overlay and another lot of things XD. In the end, I merged the layers and apply some lightning effects and more Photo Filter layer. The typography looks strange, I don't like it so much, but I was wanting anything different and more... vertical. I spent around three hours in all the work (the Photo Filter layers consumed all my time D:).
