hi everybody :D

i've tried myself on a new wallpaper.
this time i took this scan -
Momohime

(thanks a lot to Wslasher for sharing!) - made a little outtake and vectorized it completely.

i worked a lot with colour-transitions of different hardness/softness in order to bring out the different materials, which are shown in this little outtake (metal, cloth, wood, ...).
of course i changed some things - as you will see - for example her skin: i didn't like her way too red cheeks, this always made her look like she was either 5years old (which may be possible, i honestly don't know the game), or attending clown-school or going out for work under a lantern xD i prefered some little healthy shine on her skin.
i changed a lot about the hair, too. with this very strong light-reflexes and these dark shadows it somehow was a bit too much in the whole picture and totally flooded everything else.
i stayed with the concept of clearcut lines, i somehow like it :D and it made a good contrast to the colour-transitions as well.

what's left to say?
i worked on it about two weeks every evening when there was nothing better to do, i used good old photoshop 7.0, and all in all i needed almost 600 layers (i really ask myself how people do this with 70 or something, somehow i'm way too unorganized, i guess xD)

sooooooo: i'm grateful for any kind of comment, ideas of improvement, etc. - and, of course, i'm really happy if somebody might like it :D
thanks a lot for reading and have a really nice day xD
