I really suggest you provide detailed descriptions of how you make your walls as it states in the Minitokyo Policy. That way the gallery moderators will know how much time and effort you put into it and if it is your own work.

My second wallpaper, and it's again with my favourite character of Touhou Project : Reisen Udongein Inaba :3

How i maked it :
1) I have followed a tutorial for photoshop. It explained how we can make an abstract background. (so, this is the background : color and white stripes)
2) Next, i putted some brush (electric waves at the left top, and all the mini squares)
3) And, for finish, i have put Reisen, with some effects and used the "finger" all around her.
I hope my english is not too bad x_x ... I'm french ><. I can join my .psd file, or a screenshot of it. But, it's really my work. ._.
