Nice vectoring, and I like the coloured "auras". I'm not too fond of the text though.. I see that you did a colour swap thingy with text colour and background colour, but the cyan on orange of Ichigo's name and the purple on green of Ulquiorra's name look kinda clashy ^^; Also, I think the blue under Grimmjow (like, between his legs XD) is too dark and solid. I wish it could be more like the orange behind Ichigo, where there's more patterning (fading out to yellow) and not so.. solid >_<

the text would have looked alot better in white with color borders rather than the way you have it now. but your vector is clean and i love the use of white space
