EDIT: Changed the size a bit. Also touched up some spots folks mentioned. :D Minor changes.
Little golden motes... Make for an interesting effect, I think.
Anywho, this is a commissioned piece. I rather like how it turned out in several ways. Figured I'd spend the last of my winter break somewhat productively. lol. We'll see if I can't get some more pieces done before classes officially start, no?

Woah, woah, I didn't even realize this was yours when I saw the thumb in my notes. (though even on the large thumb it becomes obvious it's yours) Really nice golden tone, would be nice if the strokes could be refined just a little more, but I do like the minimal suggestion of detail.

Ah this definitely has an RPG kind of feel (like "the dwarfish princess finding the treasure in the forbidden forest" kind of thing). Really nice coloring as usual, i especially like the visible brush on the tree trunks. The use of light is great too !
