To Aru Kagaku no Railgun is one of my favourite anime at the moment. Misaka so far is my favourite character she just
kicks ass.
So In celebration of how awesome Misaka is I've made this wallpaper. First off I want to thank everyone who took the time to make such awesome resources. Without them this wallpaper would be pretty bland.
Anywho I love this image of Misaka and I really wanted to make it look really electric and I hope I pulled it off. I seem to be a bit too obsessed with bokeh at the moment but it's just so great. So this is some extracting and some layer blending (and when I say some I mean a fair bit). This took me a good 3 hours to make. Lots of layers were deleted in the process before I was happy with this final arrangement.
