There was an error while I was submitting this wallpaper, and I'm really pissed off 'cause I have to write
that description again, so I'm going to do it briefly. xD'
This is how I imagine it would be like to meet Dino in the city. xD
I wanted a "dark" atmosphere, but I also wanted the city to be visible, so I made some buildings shiny, hehee
~
I used one of Dino's scan and this background.
I used some cloud brushes and many layers for the sky to look like that.
Oh, I guess that's all.
Hope you like it, and hope I'll bring a better wallpaper next time. (:
