Pretty! I really like the rainbow color effect/texture! It gives this image a feeling of magnificence. Then, the texture/shading of the image seems to give hints of the darker elements of this CLAMP story.

Ahh this ***** took forever to make.
Vectoring took about three days, the hair was one of the most complicated parts as usual I used gaussian blur to try and
blend it in and put other sections on top.
Making the the background not so long.
Original scan:
Background textures from:
Aethereality
and Deviant art
I overlayed textures in the background with different layer effects on them there are also clouds in the background but
they aren't that noticeable that's the white.
Blended some of the texture on the left into the cape.
The cape has a color overlay from gold to blue.
L text surrounds lelouch with help from the grow option from the original vector.
Critique is appreciated.
Vectoring still isn't my strong point any critique on that is greatly appreciated :)
