Mou! It took me 2 and a half hours to finish this thing .. T_T
Applied the Night Scene Effect on the Background and Added some shooting stars ..
By the way, I used this scan over here, which

I really like the position and extracting of the characters, but I'm lost by the background. There may actually be THAT many stars, but we don't see that many. What we see is a distribution of sky and stars that look like jewels placed in the sky, no bits of sky amongst the stars. I think there are WAY WAY too many stars in this, it really ruins what it has going for it. And the stars look pretty off too, not celestial... more like just dots. They should glow, we different sizes, shine differently -- be beautiful, not so mishaped. And I would make the shooting stars smaller and more far-off and spaced out.
