A wallpaper submission two days in a row *gasps* I must be bored or something!
I was actually going to make a different wallpaper in the progress of this one, and then I decided I liked this background I maded better, but the character I had originally chosen didn't fit it well. I have yet to make a wallpaper I actually like. Yes, I did the background with a lot of filters (I cheat you see! =D). No, I am not giving you my umbrella. Yes, I would like comments so I can make my next wallpaper better. Scan from MT, it came from some Microsoft scan or something. XD

Well I must say, you know you've responded to my topics, yet I haven't reviewed any of your walls >.< Well that changes now! =D First off let me start off by stating, YOU wall!? Second let me state, DAMN YOUR walls ARE amazing! Holy crap the effects in this background are so lively and bring so much life and beauty to this beautiful OS tan girl ^.~ The choice of background color was a very well done one at that for the light blue really brings out the full beauty of the wall not to mention looks VERY good with the combination of the scan. All in all this wall forms a perfect enviroment that just gives off a beautiful feeling and makes me feel all happy and what not =P. Anyways I must say this is a favorite for me and a job well done. Great job ^^.
