Uwah, Doki actually finishes something! *insert random gasping here*
I won't say how long I've been working on this... because it would just make me cry. o-O
School is a time-consuming life-sucker.

I've never actually read Spiral Elaiv, but I adore Spiral to death and this scan caught my eye. Something about his expression was just so unique.
The title is from a Spiral episode; I just thought it fit.

The entire wallpaper is vectored from this image. Yes, I'm aware there's now a completely clean artbook scan of this same image on AP, but I was practically done by the time it was submitted... and I preferred the dulled colors of the version I had.

It was my first time vectoring a manga scan and using shape lines, and I'm very pleased with the results. What took the most time was the blending on the parts that needed it. The only irritating parts were the little things, mainly the chain and the zipper. *twitches*

The background is a gradient with some painting on it, and then the clouds smudged on top of that. The clouds turned out a million times better than I thought they would~~

Other Credits: Bush brushes are from here.

The silhouettes of the telephone lines were vectoring and the trees/bushes were brushes. :)

    Thank you!

I love the vector but I have some complaints about the bg :/
I like the sky color but the poles are too dark compared to the rest. Also, you used brushes for the bushes which are pretty low quality compared to the rest of the wall. It really distracts me & I think the clouds need more colors. They look kinda weird atm, not really cloud-looking >__>
Anyway, I'm still gonna feature this at CoK <3
