Ah, a nice improvement. I see you like doing window scenes as well.
Nice job adding more detail to the vector, it's always more better with
screencaps because they lack so much. Her eyes could've used more detail,
along with her skin, you combined painting so it's got to be as detailed as the hair.
She needs more darks along the side of her face and neck, her lips could use a
nice shine too :3
I like the back, very sharp and looks to be at good perspective.
The tree/leaves and clouds outside are better off being blurred since they look
a bit low quality compared to the rest of the wall. Also would give great depth/distance for her.

at last! i finished this wallpaper.^^
well, i started making this wallie last week, but because of the exam and the stupid virus that interfere in the making
of this,
i submitted it late than my target date.
but still im happy that i already finished it.
how did i come up with this wallpaper.:
well, while im watching kimi ni todoke episode 3, i saw sawako blushing while talking to kazehaya.
so i thought it was so cute. so i decided to get i screen shot.
it was also my first time to use SAI pain tool here.
but together with photoshop.
the hardest part for me is the window. i dont know how to make it look like a window.>_<
and the screen shot is blurry that's why i need to make my own imagination of how it looks like.
outline: maybe 1-1 1/2 hrs.
coloring: dont know exactly but i think 6-8 hrs including that window.
i have more pending works but i dont know how to finish it. but i wish i can.^^

I love how the hair looks, it's not overfilling with details, but not lacking either, it's a nice contrast with her simple painted skin.
The skin is also nice, I wish you'd make the mouth either white or a dark shade of pink and rough the painting a little, it's too blurry.
The clothes lack shades (an extra dark one or light) and look flat. Great job with the background, I like the texture and shadows. Use some blur on the trees and clouds next time, they look too real for the anime environment XD

Oh you made some updates!
Looks better now but the face is too dark and the lips should be bigger and you didn't shade the white of her eyes (i always forget that too)
Love the hair though <3 nicely detailed
