Yeah, lots of gaussian blurs here.
Took me about 3 days to finish this, lots of distractions. But since I had today off, I decided to do some last touches and upload it. Around 65 layers @_@'
Thanks to whoever scanned the image I used. If you scanned it please so say, I can't seem to find it in the Mahoromatic or Kiddy Grade scans (It had Kiddy Grade characters in it also)
And I'm even more thankful for one of my friends that sent me their copy of photoshop :D
Almost forgot, thanks to Sammo and Shinta of Imanimetions.net for the mosiac and ring tutorials!

Ahhhh...The bg effects looks really good~ Really like it~ Maybe the scan is a bit blur? And i think the wallpaper name is weird too!! But its still a wallpaper that deserves a fav! XD
