You wall idea is awesome for Jigoku Shoujo.
The background looks fresh, it yells funk, but it all abruptly stops at the scan.
I wish you'd vectored Enma using different shades of the pink used in the background. The way she is, she doesn't belong much in it.
Creative work though, your concept is really neat.

Beautiful enough wall-paper, that at all does not spoil that it painfully pink

I agree with what he said.
Plus, in Jigoku Shoujo, didn't she say "Would you like to try dying just this once?" I'm not sure, there are different ways of translating it, but the the 'just this once' adds more epic-ness. Heh.
As for the color, it should be a darker, more mellow / depressing shade. Like Dark Blue, or black, despite the huge amount of other vectors those colors are used.
And finally, Enma Ai. When she says that, she's in her Nanjab---- I don't remember the entire name of it. But her special kimono or whatever.

Just some tips. Good job otherwise.
    Thanks for sharing!

oh man i disagree, i dont think you should have vectored the scan to be in shades of pink--it would blend too much. but i do think you should have darkened the scan since she looks too washed out for the boldness of the bg color
also think the bottom part with your sig should be a darker hot pink, not the purple

i like the wording, and the layout of the thing

but why must it be PINK D:
i would of preferred some red and black to make it more dark and evil
    then a sweet and innocent
"would you like to die" while wearing a easter bunny costume (not convincing)
