The picture of the chara has a really nice quality. The background at itself is a little boring, but it is ok.
The yellow bars and the writing are not personally my thing however very well in addition.
There is only one thing that i doesn't like, the bamboo in the foreground.
I would have used it in the background like a shadow using different layer styles.
But what really disturbs me on that, is is that it has a completely different Style than the chara. Felt tip pen and
brush do not fit together.

I've always loved the drawing style that was used in Kill Bill, especially the character O-Ren, beautiful eyes.
I made the vector of O-Ren and eventually ended up becoming a wallpaper, I still have to improve a lot with wallpapers jejeje, but had to do something with that image!
Resources: The brush of bamboo I think it took a long time for DA.

i like this wall a great deal, but the backgrround color is off-putting--a color more well-suited for the yellow tones would be a great improvement. it might also make you text look less randomly placed
additionally, the gradient you have over her skin makes it look washed out, some more saturated tones mixed in would greatly improve the lighting in the image.
