There's too much empty space, I think, in proportion to the actual graphic, but it's not bad.

Well, if your walls are bad quality and low effort they will be deleted, but it's not the case here.
There are some extraction issues at her hair, try gentle smudging on white, rough edges.
I like your background idea, it's creative and the color theme suits Tomoyo really well <3
I'd just love it if you'd be more 'courageous' so to speak and add even more elements: some dots, maybe a vectored city brush, some awesome text and a texture like this used on Lighten mode.
Anyway (that was long .__.'), I really like your wall, it's a very good start and I can't wait for more awesome walls from you ^3^ -
