So this has been in the works for a looooong time
Just took so long because I keep getting distracted by other projects
First time I painted in PS >.<
It was horible but the file size was too big for SAI to handle so had no choice
So pls forgive the crappy fluffy coat T___T
This wall has been cropped so many time because I fail at making clothes ;w;
It started out with Nel from the knees up
Then from the hips up....
But then I decided I wanted more of her face, so crop again
Which meant I had to make her more detailed seems its a close up
Vectored and painted in PS CS3

EDIT: Rejoice! I've added breath after over an hour of Sakura-Dust and I nitpicking over something so simple

Wow, you finally finished it. First thing I really like here is hair, I saw it on your avy and it was awesome, now I can enjoy it in full size. I think inner side of a hood need to be more darker, it will be awesome. But anyway in all it is very wonderful wall.

I may have odd thinking, but I believe the hair is too much. It's not only too green, but the amount of shadows is too big for the rest of the composition. I also wish you'd colored her cold breath.
Except that, I'm in love with it. The background is great and you did a great job with such a small Nell. It's almost like a fan-art XD -

i like the colors in the hair, but i personally think its too messy--the lines overlap strangely. movement in hair is the hugest challenge when vectoring hair.
aside from that i am ambivalent about the background, its too faded to fit with the colors in her hair IMO, but i also like the faded quality + execution. maybe if she were different colors.

Oh my gosh to do her hair in such great detail, and the fur, oh my gosh I hate doing fur in photoshop its so hard but you made it look so pretty and I love the background the shadows and snow look so great and smooth and neat wow I love how you did the background with the trees and sky so pretty I love this..*smiles*.
