One of my less drawn OC, Yuasa Valance. (That reads ve-lance, not va-lence)

Hugely inspired by Gorillaz. Just in case you don't know (just in case) Gorillaz is the very popular first English virtual band created by Jamie Hewlett and Damon Albarn in 1998. I knew Gorillaz was a band, but what I didn't know is that they are a VIRTUAL band. Owh the shame. To only knew the fact 11 years after they have existed. *shuts face*

After watching all those cool videos they have produced and getting all pumped up when they actually appeared in 3D/hologram for live shows, I was really inspired to do lots of things. 2-D is kinda cute, I like him. Well anyway, back to the drawing itself. Since I have 12 main characters (wao whee 12 dont ask me why) so I thought (yeah, i thought, its always that word) how will they look like if they were to form a band? So this idea came up. I've already sketched the whole band in my sketchbook, and of course, as we see here Yuasa is taking the vocals. Adorable little depressing kid he is.

Still in the process of experimenting digital drawing. It's kinda fun once you get used to it, but obviously I still need to practice more, crooked microphone is starting to look like something funny there. But as always, comments appreciated.

If you didn't say Gorillaz inspired you in making this, I really think I'll give the comment of lack of proportion. :P

    I think his expression's weird...
