The idea is a strong spotlight hitting the wall and sniper, hence the high contrast between light - shadow
Since screenshot drawing was pretty poor, some editing was done
Her body is turned, left shoulder facing outward. The gun goes past her and the butt rests in her right shoulder. Head
is turned in direction of rifle.

Its awesome although the nozzle of the rifle looks a bit off *_*
but still pretty incredible you could do this from scratch :D
