ok so this pic was in a misc download folder that amber (sailorchiron) set up for making wingslovers banners for a contest. the face & ringlets are beautiful but her body is all disporportionate so i didn't want to use that. so i cropped it to just be the neck and head and vectored the outlines pink bc she reminds me of a ballerina. the ringlets took forever. i spent from 1pm to 1am yesterday vectoring the outlines. then i filled in everything with base colors and painted all the shading in. i was going for a water colored look so that is why the shading is not percise. the bg is a texture overlay with some "antiquing". the painting and bg took from 10:30pm to 12:30 am 2nite. ^,,^' enjoy!
