Indeed, I'd say this is a very good vector! The lines are thin and clear and the colors are just right, especially the skin tone (I can't say how much it annoys me when vectors have wrong skin tones).
And you're one fast vectorer, 10 hours is a pretty good time!

wow ok i really commend you for this vector--i thought it was a scan until i fullviewed.
the lines could use a bit more freedom and sass like the rest of your vector shapes
but nice work nonetheless -

I don't watch this anime, though I've said to myself I'll one day check it out. (finding time is the problem) I like the character design as far as color scheme/style. (I green and her hair rocks!) This is really pretty. She looks lovely and fierce.

The vectoring is amazing! You got her skin tone right and I love the colors; which is very nice throughout. Her hair and clothes look nice too^^
