Definitely another favorite one of mine.
First of all I want to comment the background art on this one :
It's really amusing how creative someone can use the color red and its variations for something like a wallpaper which I always considered as the anti-color for that kind of art.
The words and word-artifacts which are placed all over give it the ancient kind of feeling and add a gloomy atmosphere.
Second of all there's the textual lines which I refer to as describing destiny and itself being in a boundary with life as in meaning the ongoing and everlasting process of how life is being influenced by destiny for each one of us and every being in general.

Yet I havent commented on the character .... which I think is _awesomely_ drawn/made and colored.
Think about it just being a drawing by someone who doesn't have much experience with all these things as like vector-art... it is awesome.
The emotion and facial expression leave a deeper thoughtful look , the fan and the umbrella both look pretty and nicely drawn as well as her dress =)
The colors in general live in harmony with the rest of the wallpaper so what's there left to say ... ?

I Like the style

Very simple yet pretty wallpaper. The art is very stylish. The only thing I regret is the band of a darker red to the left. I have the feeling it cuts the picture in two.

Some things in the middle of the bg look like they were cut and pasted together, but besides it doesn't look bad, but quite interesting.
