Pulver your art is amazing. And for your first time using watercolors... this is stunning. (My first time with watercolors I made a hole in the paper... haha) Love the color scheme that you chose... that pale rose color is lovely.

Updated: OMG! FIREFLYWISHES! MAPLEROSE!THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE HIGHLIGHT! XD
Well...it's been a really long time since I submitted a work of mine >__<
so that's why I thought I could be more active with my drawings even if it isn't much either ^^'
With this img it was my 1st time using real watercolors
I totally messed up with the eye >__<
I wanted to give her a soulless look actually I'm satisfied with it but the outlines are too thick...T__T
Of course I need more practice but actually i really like the outcome of it >D
that's why I was dissapointed that the scanner didn't do a good job >__<
Tomorrow I shall submit my 2nd one! >D
So hope you like it ;)

After full-viewing this piece, you'd never know it was Pulver's first time using watercolors. The blending of the colours is so fluid, especially on her hair. The color choice and the character design (of both the doll and her rabbit) convey a feeling of neglect or desolation that draws you in. Awesome work!

I find myself drawn to her expression for some reason, she has this empty look, but sad and longing for something at the same time. love the way you coloured her hair, the way the colours blend so fluidly :)
