I took this vector from:

-first i decided to follow the pattern of the dress.
-it´s kind of simple but thats why i love it so much ^^ i used a gradient for the background made of the colors that
the character has so it could blend better, and added some white flowers to give it a nice touch, then i used a color
film with a bit of contrast and some motion trail.
thats all!

thats beautiful~ it really is vibrant! the colours aren't tooooo bright, which doesn't take your attention away from the entire image.
