This image appears on page 95 of the magazine "CLAMP Newtype - Platinum;" the first in a series of two special publications of Newtype magazine showing a retrospective of CLAMP's works from their early days right up to today (the second edition is called " CLAMP Newtype - Pastel"). This image of Kamui, Fuuma and Kotori originally appeared in the May 1996 edition of Newtype Magazine, to coincide with the release of the movie version of "X" (or "X -1999"). The background shot is taken from a scene in the movie where Kanoe shows Fuuma a scenario where the Dragons of Earth succeed in their conquest over the Dragons of Heaven and the world as we know it is turned to ruin - reclaimed by nature.

what a damn uniform, it's so old-fashioned and Kamui and Fuuma always look so sexy dressing these things =)
