One of my favourite anime characters of all time <3
I had a huge crush on him when I started watching Naruto.
Kakashi is just plain cool <3
The scene is from the first movie, I really liked how it was animated, very well drawn and all.

Done in about 2 hours in Photoshop, screenshot used as a base.
