It's from the scene when she encounters Gin Ichimaru on her way to the execution and he teases her.
Done in about 2 hours in Photoshop, screenshot used as a base.

I consider this a honorable shot of Rukia cuz she was heading toward execution. It was horriffic for me, but she was saved by Ichigo. :)
