A funky wallpaper combining lots of background experiments with strange compositing and random stuff. There was a swirl
that made me think of a clock, so I dropped in a clock AI file I had from my Spiral wallpaper days. Made it blue as
that's my color of choice and because it gave a chilly effect that fit a "frozen in time" idea.
Random, random, random.

If there is a tutorial, I don't know about it because I haven't actively searched. A waltz through Google may prove fruitful, or may not. As I said in the description, I took a bunch of greyscale pre-backgrounds (random rendered/filtered effects that get colorized and cleaned up for usage in anime wallpaper backgrounds) and composited them together in various modes to get this.
