Usually the one is black is Freya, I'm pretty sure this is Freya because of her expresion. Eruda (Chii) usually looks more innocent or happy.
Bleh, most people don't even know their actual names ... They're Eruda (Chii) and Freya (Dark Chii) ...

It looks a lot more like Freya (Dark Chii) because the way her face is drawn. I also believe they they usually put Elda (Chii) in the lighter colors and Freya in the darker colors.
