This was my submission for a challenge on the otaku!

The typography took a while multiple fonts using the pen tool to make different shapes. Merged all those text files
together and added a gradient on it.
The stuff on the background is a bunch of random brushes and a sunrise brush put on luminosity above my background
gradient.

Funky style, I like the colours you've used =D The text looks alright, though I think the blue ones on the left looks too boring being vertically lined up like that (I like how the right side is curved and more flowy)... since you used a radiating thing on the left, I think it'd be cool if you made the text kind of radiating out from Sakura as well.
The scan itself is high-quality, so you can get away with not vectoring it, but the lines are kind of sketchy in style, so looks a bit weird with all the sharp background elements; so maybe vectoring Sakura to make the lines cleaner would help integrate the foreground and background better.
