This wall paper is edited using some very easy tech.
I did not even extract the pic since the scan it has a white background.
I just added some cloud effect, Added some mark and I am quite satisfy with the result.
This is a character from Samurai spirit I believed.

    You might be able to lighten up the clouds a tiny bit (it could be just me)
