It occurred to me while submitting this not new wallpaper to AP, that i didn't submit it here yet either.
I made this before the 2nd season of Gundam 00 started. Allelujah was shown muzzled and in a straight jacket during a teaser for the season and this is what came of it.
my original blurb on DA (as it dates itself):

said vector was made by me, then inserted into a 1440 x 900 size new image, then the layer was duplicated, treated to a manicure, duplicated again and then got a blend applied to it.
