Not bad, though I agree with exentric-- everything's on the right. XD I like the soft feel of the bg, but possibly try bringing the colours of the scan itself into it a little more (eg, maybe some red from Daisuke's hair) to lessen that halved feel...
I would say maybe vary the text more as well? Try different fonts, different spacings between the lines? Also, the font looks a little sharp-edged...do you use Photoshop? If so, I was wondering if you maybe forgot to change the setting from "None" to "Smooth". XD'
And there's a bit to Satoshi's left... just above the pillar-thingy that Dark's sitting on which I don't think has been extracted. =x
