2 days befor sakura-chans bday i started to vector this: clicky
and it took mee soooo loooooong ;___;
especially the hair...i tried the socalled vexeling...and yea thats how it looks like now ^^i'm pretty happy about the
hair actually :3
then i painted the clothers with tablet and used SAI...it was fun...until dinos clothers needed to be done...somehow pc
crashed...and PS too and blaah >__>
whatever it was very difficult because the colors were pixilated afterwards =__= but i managed to finish the vec...as
you see ^^
then was BG ;___; OMG kill me i'll never wall again...=___= this was so depressing because i hate buildings...*runs
aways crying*
first i wanted a street scene like kuryuki suggested but i failed xD...thats me so don't laugh XD
then i woke up with the "school rooftop" idea in my mind and sketched it...clicky
pretty ugly but well...XD
then vectored it with some changes,painted clouds (wow miracle i did it again :3) and made rain with this turorial clicky

you did a great job on the focus, though the bg is indeed a bit too blurry for my taste :D btw... it would look great if there would be a shimmer around the characters... u know what i mean? :3 as if it would rain heavily on them xD
whatever.. I LOVE THE VECTOR...SMEXINESS

Wow, this is great. Altought I don't really like stuff like this I give you a fav :)
That's it for praise, now for critique xd The turtle, it looks good, if looking on the whole wall, but if focus on it alone it seems like the heads are next to each other, not opposite. The angle is a bit off. Then comes rain. The line next Dino's arm actually. It makes it seem like you put it from another pic xd If made different angle or put a bit farther away it would be awesome. ( it's only at first sight though, when I looked again this impression faded ). And the last thing is blur. The whole fence seems to be blured the same. If put less blur on the fence near characters they would bend much better with the whole thing.

ahhh sorry i didnt get to commenting on this earlier :D
the vector is great, although i think you should have put in more detail in the clothes. I love the BG, but i feel like everything is blurred to the same degree, try sharpening some of the things that are closer to them.
and in general i think the wall is a bit too gray--i know its raining and all but some blues and some more lighting wouldnt hurt >D
good job though, their hair must have taken forever
