Oho, nice painting, I like how the hair turned out and the flower is lovely. Did you use any textures? Painted in SAI I presume? I think a softer blue for the sky would be more fitting and less clouds, it distracts the attn from the character. Great job.

loveeee the colors you used in center object--they are interesting and monotone at all. his hair is a bit messy--strands should all be going in the same direction, and use highlights + shadows to define chunks of hair or strands (if you want to go with straight, flat hair which isnt his hair).
but the sky could use more colors to blend better with the lighting and shades you have going on in the center object.
