Here's my entry for HALLOMONO CONTEST for Dark wallies...I hope it's creepy...I really had no spooky ideas,hope those blood tears[which suck like hell] are enough...
Sorry for the messiness of this one,but I just couldn't do it any better...I'm too tired,and I had to do something for this contest today,because I'm not sure if I'll have time these days to do anything except school...-_-
So,it was done in 2 hours or so,with half of my brain already sleeping and getting ready for some tests tomorrow...
Everything was done with my tablet,some brushwork,textures,the lyrics taken from my fave Sonata arctica song:Everything fades to gray...

Sorry for posting this crap,but lately my walls suck,because I don't have time or the nerves to do something good...
So bare with it once more -_-

    I actually like it.
    The sketchy outlines are wonderful, definitely bring out the wall. Painting job in general is good, I think if you add more darker shades of red to the tears they won't look flat.
    And the background it's too dark (duh), a lighter shade of gray will do the trick.
    Typography is very well done too.

    and I agree with you about the tears theyÄre looking more like paintings on the face XD

    i like this a lot :D and i think this is really creepy ;) ok the bg is a bit empty but thats not a big problem

    while i commend the sketchiness, i still think that you need to clean up parts of the painting--esp the shadows coming from the hair, it doesnt make sense for it to be that messy. i also think the shade you used for the text is all wrong and makes the piece look quite flat. and because you have a tablet now, i would like to see more brushwork, and experimentation--if you want to do the sketchy, messy look--with textured brushes etc. esp if this is BW
