I started watching Bakemonogatari a couple of weeks ago and I must say I was impressed.
When I saw the end credits for the first time I knew that I had to make a wallpaper from it. So I screen captured a few sections and decided to wall this particular screenie.
I traced it all in Photoshop which took me a very long time to do. I added Suruga into the foreground as I felt that just having Mayoi there left it feeling a bit unbalanced. Then all I did was simply add some paper textures over the top to give it some more depth.
This took me a really long time to do and I still can't decide if I like it or not. I figured I would upload it though because I'm afraid if I do any more to it I'll ruin the poor thing.
I hope all the Bakemonogatari fans enjoy it! Senjōgahara is awesome!

god i love this.. if only you put the light in the middle so it wasnt so drab and dark--or even if you added some more colors to the clouds for example or the girl in the middle it would be perfect *_*

The sketchy lines are great and the vectoring is neat and there are no jagged lines. The textures you used are the best.
The only thing I don't like is that you ghosted the red part of town, only the solid colored one is enough. Except that, it's really good ^w^ -
