I found the character on 4chan it's by anonymous O_o
Used PSP8 to make her coat textured - thought it looked kinda neat and the BG is made up of around 8 layers of autumn themed colors & things, there are leaves and a few brushes and some splatters. Took me about a day total to make! ^_^
